Type selection method:
    Before select the type, you must know the load function(form1)and work condition.
    The R,K,F series gear reducer: according to the work-time a day, the starting times a hour refer to(chart1)to determine the coefficient fB>coefficient fBn.
    S series gear reducer: The whole work -coefficient depend on work times a day, the work-coefficient fBn(chart1) of starting times a hour and the work-coefficientfB1(chart2) of the change of environmental temperature, the relation is f∑=fBnX , the usage coefficient fB>f∑ in the selection form of fB1.
    According to the type, load torque, ratio and output speed to determine the motor.
    If the K series and T series spiral bevel gear units can only bear single direction load, please indicant the rotating direction(see from output side), which is good for improving the pressing state of the spiral bevel gear.
    We accept the orders of products of special specification, and
provide our customer with exclusive design service.
