MB series Planetary Friction Step-less Reducer

The principle of working: The cone-degree capstan(12) and pressure plate(13)is pressed by a group of disk spring(14), the input shaft(15) and capstan by flat key, and compose the close capstan installation.
A group of cone-degree planetary friction gear’s interior is pressed between the Active-transmission line and pressure plate, the exterior is pressed between the cone-degree fixed coop(11) and Speed-control cam(9) and constitute the Pair-friction.
When the close-capstan installation is operating, the planetary friction gear will do pure rolling, because the fixed-coop and speed-control cam don’t move, so the planet gear also revolution at the same time of rotation, through the planetary friction gear’s central shaft and pad bearing(5)bring along the planetary carrier(2)to turn.
At the same time of turn hand-wheel to change the Angular-direction position, through the effect of plane bearing and stable plane cam’s cross-section curve, the speed-control cam do axial moving, and change the clearance between fixed-coop of speed-control cam uniform speed, make the planetary friction gear radial moving, and change the working radius of the planet fear, capstan, pressure plate, fixed-coop and Adjust-cam friction.

1. High intensity: when the machine is overload or reverse, the performance is reliable, it can turn accurately .
2. Large ratio coverage: The ratio is 1:5., the output speed can change from 1:45 to 1:7.25
3. High speed-control precision: speed-control precision is 1—0.5.
4. Steady function: The transmission parts of the machine have through special heat-treatment, process the friction location exactly, fine lubrication, stable turning, low noise and long lifetime.

1. Quick and slow hand-wheel: Don’t see the rotational speed directly.
2. Pointer hand-wheel: The pointer show that the speed and actual output shaft’s rotational speed have the deviation between 3°-5°.
3. Digital -velocimeter: It show that rotational speed and actual output rotational speed are absolutely consistent.
-The working humidity.
When the empty-machine is start to operate, the temperature may higher than environment temperature about between 40°-50°,after the machine operation 60-80 hour, the temperature will reduce gradually. The temperature is higher than environment temperature about 25°and keep steady.
Notes: If you use the second level electric motor, it’s normal that the temperature rise 10°-20°

-Lubrication and changing cycle
1. The gearbox of the MB step-less reducer use of special traction oil which type is (ub-1)or(ub-3),the oil-position don’t lower the oil gauge center-line. In the first time, you should change the traction oil after the machine worked 500 hour, in the second time, change the traction oil after worked 1000 hour, in the bad work-environment, you should shorten the changing cycle.
2.MB step-less reducer’s gear speed-less box and the cycloid reducer of X3 type and following X3 type, you should adopt the molybdenum disulfide grease or lithium-base grease to lubricate .we have put the grease before take out the machines from the factory. Generally, you should change the grease after worked 12 month.
