SWL, JWM series worm screw elevators.
SWL series worm hoist is a basic up-down equipment, this motor are usually used in mechanism, metallurgy, medical, build and so on. It have many function such as lift, fall and resort supplementary tool to advance and turn. The characteristic of this machine is have closely structure, small volume, light weight, low noise, convenient to install, strong reliable, long lifetime. It can be used combination with other machines, according to the procedure adjust and control the height of lift and advance exactly. It have different structure form and mounting form, the lift height is made to the user’s demand.

One-type: The silk pole take shaft direction moving.
Two-type: The silk pole take revolving movement, the nut take shaft direction moving.
-Mounting form.
A-type: The silk pole(or nut)is upward moving.
B-type: The silk pole(or nut)is downward moving.

The silk pole’s head of one-type can divide U1(Round type) U2(Flange-type),U3(Screw thread-type),U4(Flat type).
The silk pole’s head of two-type can divide U1(round type)U3(Screw thread type).

1. The one-type structure have basic type, prevent-revolving type(F) and bring
protect-cover type(Z).
2. The two-type structure have basic type and bring protect-cover type(Z).
The expression way
The selection of Worm Hoist.
According to the journey of silk pole and lift load, find out the type of the hoist, then look the lift speed’s chart, check the lift speed is satisfied demand or not.
Example: The known lift-load F is 20Kn, the journey of silk pole is 400mm, the lift speed V is 0.65m/min, try to find the needed hoist.
According to the F is 20Kn, the journey is 400mm and look chart 2, select SWL 5 hoist. Then check SWL 5 hoist in the load of 25Kn only permit 0.526m/min through the chart of lift speed, only select the big type, look the chart of lift speed and know that SWL10 in the load of 20Kn permit the lift speed is 1.44m/min.
The instruction.
1. When the pressure load is reduce, the height of lift can increase.
2. When lift the different load, the torque, power and speed is different too.
3. The one type structure adopt oil to lubricate, with the temperature’s rise, you should supplement lubrication.
4. The efficiency in the chart is parameter in the condition of use grease to lubricate.
5. You should change the lubrication in time during the working times.
6. The environmental temperature is -20°C~+80°C.
7. In the state of standstill, the motor can lock by itself.
