-The structure and principle.
The cycloid speed reducer is a reducer that apply planetary transmission principle and cycloid wheel engagement. In the input shaft, we equipped a double-eccentric sleeve for 180°and in the eccentric sleeve, equip with two roller-bearing to become H structure, two center-hollow of the cycloid gear become eccentric bearing’s raceway, it was engaged by cycloid gear and a group of pin which in pin gear, compose inner-engagement speed-less structure that the Tooth-difference is first-tooth.

Notes:
1. The biggest instantaneous load or starting load don’t exceed the specified load’s 160%.
2. When the original motor is multi-cylinder motor, the working condition and load in form can adopt K=1.0~1.7.
3. When the original motor is single-cylinder motor, the working condition and load in form can adopt K=1.2~1.8.
-The way of selection.
1. Instruction: The machine is designed for energy-moments, when selecting practical work-torque should small or equal to the machine’s specified torque, when the torque is the biggest, the load or play-load should small or equal to the machine’s specified load 160%, we also consider the working coefficient and efficiency loss, working torque or power multiply the working coefficient K, according to this number to choose.
2.Start practical needed torque T1 determine load properties select working coefficient K count the motor power P1≥T1.n19550 determine the output speed n and efficiency i check the output torque T1.K≤T2 determine the type end.
